By accessing or using memsloth (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and team account members.
memsloth is operated by RT Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., Berlin, Germany. It provides a shared memory layer for AI tools, enabling teams to store, retrieve, and synchronize context across AI assistants and integrations. The Service includes a web application, API, and MCP server compatible with supported AI clients. The Service is currently available to users in the European Union only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@memsloth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
For Team accounts, the account administrator is responsible for managing member access and ensuring compliance with these Terms by all members.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Individual plan is free of charge. Team and Enterprise plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain ownership of all content and data you store in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by RT Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email for all plans, with priority support for Team and Enterprise plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RT Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will provide an export of Your Content for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
